A 20 acre parking lot and a single gas station lot get the same standard: cleared complete and on time. Heavy duty plow trucks with stainless V plows open the lanes and stack the windrow where it will not block a sightline at the exit, while Bobcat skid steers work the sidewalks, entranceways and tighter corners a full size truck cannot reach. Our drivers are on call 24 hours a day through snowfalls and windstorms, so the truck is already moving before most of downtown Minneapolis wakes up.
Downtown, north, south and Uptown
Our equipment lot sits at 2636 Minnehaha Ave in South Minneapolis, and we currently hold contracts with businesses across downtown, north and south Minneapolis and Uptown. Parking lots, parking ramps, retail stores, warehouses, hotels and apartment buildings are the properties we run most, and the plow route is set before the snow falls so the truck already knows where it is going.
